I do not understand people who do not feel the holiday spirit and do not like the New Year. If you are one of these then you will definitely skip this post. This is a text for those who believe in the power of special moments, for those who believe that better days are coming with a new year.
As the New Year is very close, lack of time to look for and buy specific gifts will be a big problem. But not unsolvable. Use some of the interesting gifts you can make with a little effort. it is not difficult. the smile will be mutual.

This
will be the last post of this 2019. it will be long but practical.
I do not understand people who do not feel the holiday spirit and do not like the New Year. If you are one of these then you will definitely skip this post. This is a text for those who believe in the power of special moments, for those who believe that better days are coming with a new year.
I
much prefer giving gifts to others. That makes me extremely happy. Depending on
inspiration, sometimes a gift is big and valuable, sometimes it is a small gift
but with a lot of love. I believe that there is nothing more beautiful than
gifts that show the creativity and originality of the person from whom you
received the gift. Through a small sign of attention, the most beautiful
emotions are expressed. It doesn't take much time or money. only goodwill.
As the New Year is very close, lack of time to look for and buy specific gifts will be a big problem. But not unsolvable. Use some of the interesting gifts you can make with a little effort. it is not difficult. the smile will be mutual.
First, a tutorial is a step by step instructions from pictures, so it's very easy to understand it. Let's start! π
Gift Cards...make extra magic by writing special words in it.
Homemade Gifts That Feel Extra Special
1. Gold-Leaf Bud-Vase
Total time: 15 minutes (plus 1½ hours drying time)
What You Need
- glass bud vase
- gold-leaf kit
- scissors
- 2 small, soft paintbrushes
What to Do
- Dip a paintbrush in the adhesive (from the gold-leaf kit) and paint loose, slightly irregular upward strokes to cover the outer rims of the vase. Set aside for an hour while the adhesive becomes tacky (it will turn clear).
- Cut sheets of gold leaf into 1- to 2-inch strips. (3-6cm) Press the gold leaf onto the adhesive. Peel off the paper backing. Dust away any excess gold leaf with a clean paintbrush.
- Apply the sealer and let dry for 30 minutes.
2. Chocolate Nut Bark
Total time: 45 minutes
What You Need
- 12 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate
- 2½ cups mixed nuts
What to Do
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over (but not in) a saucepan of gently simmering water, stirring occasionally.
- Spread the chocolate evenly on a parchment-lined 9-by-13-inch (23x33 cm) baking pan and sprinkle with the nuts. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Break the bark into pieces. Keep at room temperature for up to 1 week.
